60 year old man arrested for DUI, trafficking, and other drug charges

In Daviess County, a man stopped for a seat belt violation lands behind bars on a slew of drug charges.

Thursday evening, Kentucky State Police stopped Joseph Payne, 60, of Owensboro for the violation, but say in the vehicle, they say they found a large amount of methamphetamine and marijuana, alongside drug paraphernalia.

Payne is charged with driving under the influence, trafficking meth, and other drug charges.
