2 injured in Glasgow vehicle collision

GLASGOW, Ky. – Two people have been injured following a two-vehicle crash in Glasgow on Tuesday.

The Glasgow Police Department says it responded to the intersection of Bob Lewis Road and Highway 1297 for an injury accident.

Police say they learned a 2016 Jeep Cherokee driven by Maeghan Stone stopped in traffic while waiting to make a right turn onto Bob Lewis Road when it was struck by a 2013 Chrysler Van driven by Melissa Goldsmith.

Goldsmith and a juvenile were transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital for their injuries.

Their current condition is unknown at this time.
