Woman charged with leaving scene of an accident in Todd County

ELKTON, Ky. (WEKT) – One woman is behind bars after a traffic stop in Elkton Sunday afternoon.

According to WEKT, Elkton police say they conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Stacie Henry due to an active indictment warrant.

WEKT reports Henry was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.

Henry remains at the Todd County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
