Woman charged after 5 pounds of crystal meth discovered during traffic stop

FRANKLIN, Ky.- Authorities with the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force arrested a woman who is accused of possessing approximately 5 pounds of suspected crystal methamphetamine.

The arrest was made last Saturday during a traffic stop on Interstate 65 in Simpson County. The drugs were found inside the vehicle, according to detectives.

Authorities said Tamia Good, 21, of Eastpointe, Mich. was also arrested on an outstanding Kentucky warrant.

Good was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, giving false identifying information and identity theft.

The investigation is ongoing.
