Woman arrested on trespassing, drug charges in Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky. – A woman allegedly possessed drugs during trespassing incident.

Glasgow Police Department Pubic Information Officer Major Terry Flatt says the department received a trespassing complaint on Thursday.

Officers responded to East Main Street and contacted Sharon West, 47. The officers say West acknowledged she was given a trespass notice.

West was searched, and police said they found drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine.

West was arrested and taken to the Barren County Detention Center. She is charged with criminal trespassing 3rd degree, possession control substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession drug paraphernalia.
