WKU’s Sigma Chi fraternity suspended

The College Heights Herald is reporting that Sigma Chi Fraternity, has been suspended by Nationals until March after the organization reportedly violated school and fraternity alcohol policies.

This suspension includes removal from all homecoming activities, and any organization events and functions.

Director of Student Affairs, Charley Pride, told the Herald, that the probation was a result of two violations. 

The first being alcohol in the Chapter House, resulting in probation until the end of the calendar year.

The second was hosting a function, and providing alcohol to underage guests, resulting in probation until May 15th, 2019.
