WKU to host annual Dance Big Red event

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Western Kentucky University students are hosting the annual Dance Big Red event on Friday, March 6, from 6 pm to 12 am at the Preston Center-Campus Recreation & Wellness.

This year will mark 12 years of WKU students fundraising and giving back to their community through Dance Big Red.

The fundraiser benefits the Norton Children’s Hospital, which supports local kids in the community and surrounding areas to have access to treatments and services.

The 6-hour dance marathon that will include guest speakers, special events and games throughout the night, keeping the community energized and ready to donate.

The event will feature WKU student dancer performances, Community & Dance Little Red Hour and WKU Athletes Hour between 7 and 8 pm.
