WKU to form new Greek life advisory board
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.-Western Kentucky University students and faculty are in the early stages of establishing a new Greek life advisory board.
It comes after several controversial videos emerged showing white sorority members singing songs with a racial slur.
According to the university’s Media Relations Director Bob Skipper, the board will be made up of students who are involved in Greek life and students not involved in Greek life. The board will led by Dean of Students Dr. Lynne Holland.
Skipper said at this point it’s unclear what role, responsibilities and authority the board will have.
