WKU softball hits the diamond for fall doubleheader with Campbellsville
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – It may be fall, but it’s never a bad time to hit the diamond for the Lady Topper softball squad, and they did just that tonight in an exhibition doubleheader against Campbellsville.
Coach Amy Tudor and her team took part in some early game action to prepare for the 2025 season. and they’ll use these matchups to find the team’s identity after losing eight talented seniors last season.
The Lady tops looked solid tonight against the Tiges, highlighted by a home run from one of the new Hilltoppers, Maci Masters, to keep WKU ahead of Campbellsville.
The team will see some more fall ball action on October 18 at home when they welcome Lindsey Wilson college for another doubleheader.
