WKU begins student business accelerator

Western Kentucky University has started a student business accelerator on the Glasgow campus.

It is a free program for all students and supports new business ideas, offers practical resources and promotes mentorship from business leaders to create opportunities for students as they explore starting their own business.

Organizers of the new program said it’s important to provide these types of resources for students who don’t yet have the finances, space, assets or knowledge to successfully start a business from the ground up.
