WKU Basketball Adds Davidson Transfer Luke Frampton

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers men’s basketball team added a huge piece to their 2020-21 roster on Friday night in Davidson transfer Luke Frampton.

The 6’5″ guard told CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein that he had committed to Western Kentucky University after spending the last two seasons at Davidson.

In 2018-19, Frampton led the entire A-10 Conference in three-point shooting as a true freshman and averaged nearly ten points per game on 48% shooting from long range as a sophomore in 2019-20 before taking a leave of absence in November.

Frampton provides the Hilltoppers with a legitimate threat from long-range, which the team desperately needs following the graduation of senior Cam Justice.
