WKU announces $15,000 scholarship for military-affiliated students
Following the Veterans Day celebrations and a number of festivities to commemorate the 100-year anniversary of ROTC at Western Kentucky University, the College Heights Foundation announced a $15,000 scholarship gift from the Wells Fargo Foundation through support from the Ridley Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.
The Wells Fargo Military Support Scholarship Fund will be an endowed scholarship fund for military-affiliated students at WKU.
The Wells Fargo Military Support Scholarship Fund will be available for WKU students classified as active duty military, veterans or dependents, with first preference given to those based at Ft. Knox or Ft. Campbell. Currently, more than 2,900 self-identified military affiliated students are enrolled at WKU.
