Winning Powerball ticket sold in Madisonville

MADISONVILLE, Ky. – A $50,000 winning Powerball® ticket has been sold in Kentucky.

The Kentucky Lottery says a ticket purchased at KT’s Smoke Shop at 1450 Chelsa Drive in Madisonville matched four white balls and the Powerball for Saturday night’s drawing.

The winning numbers included 18, 21, 40, 53, 60 and a Powerball of 23.

Lottery officials advise winners to sign the back of their tickets and keep them in a secure location.

The winner of this ticket must claim their prize at lottery headquarters at 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville. Winners have 180 days to claim their prize, lottery officials say.

The next Powerball drawing will take place at 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, Jan. 5. The current estimated jackpot is $86 million.
