Winning Kentucky Lottery ticket worth $225K sold in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – One lucky winner can claim a Kentucky Lottery ticket sold in Louisville worth a $225,000 top prize.

According to Kentucky Lottery officials, the ticket was purchased at 6102 Petroleum at 6102 Bardstown Road in Louisville

The ticket won during Friday night’s Cash Ball 225, with numbers of three, nine, 11, 13 and a Cash Ball of four.

The winning ticket matched all of the numbers, winning the top prize.

The Kentucky Lottery advises the winners to:

  • Sign the back of their tickets.
  • Keep them in a secure location.
  • Claim their prize within 180 days from the date of the drawing.

Winners must claim their prizes at lottery headquarters at 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville. Winners should contact the lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment to claim their prize.

In 2025, the Kentucky Lottery paid out more than $1.6 billion in prizes. Kentucky Lottery proceeds have funded scholarships and grants for over 1.1 million Kentucky college students.
