(CNN) – Millions of Americans will fly during the Thanksgiving weekend, and some passengers visiting family or friends want to bring food with them.

Well, the Transportation Security Administration has some tips on what foods people can bring in carry-on bags.

They include baked goods, meats, like turkey or ham, either frozen, cooked or uncooked, stuffing, casseroles and cooked macaroni and cheese in a pan, along with fresh fruits and vegetables, candy and spices.

Some other items are allowed but only in checked bags.

This include pretty much anything in a glass container or can, like cranberry sauce, gravy, canned fruits and vegetables and alcohol.
