When can we expect the Presidential Election results?
Every Election season, Americans have regularly found themselves awake in the early morning hours waiting to hear the decisive call. But when exactly can we expect the Presidential Election results?
Right now, many officials are saying that it’s extremely unlikely that we’ll know the winner of the presidential contest on election night.
The odds that the race comes down to a small number of swing states are high. For example, last election, Joe Biden was declared the winner on Saturday, November 7th, four days after the 2020 election.
That’s why election officials say it’s best to watch the key states in the 2024 election, but it may take a while to know who has won, and much longer to get official, certified results. Those battleground states that will matter the most in the final decision are Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
