West Liberty man charged with incest, rape following state investigation

WEST LIBERTY, Ky. – On Thursday, state police arrested a man on incest and rape charges in Morgan County.

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office requested the assistance of the Kentucky State Police in investigating sexual abuse claims on February 19.

A KSP detective responded to a home in West Liberty and spoke with individuals and two female juveniles in the home.

After interviewing the females, the detective interviewed Timmy Ray Keeton.

The investigation led to the arrest of Keeton on charges of incest, rape 3rd degree and 2 counts of sexual abuse 1st degree. He is lodged at the Rowan County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing.
