UPDATE: Weekend wreck reported on Scottsville Road

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green police responded to a wreck on Scottsville Road Saturday afternoon.

Police were at the scene outside of an access area for Panda Express around 2 p.m.

BGPD officer Andrew Kilbourne says a vehicle occupied by two individuals attempted to turn left into the access area when a large truck was traveling on Scottsville Road and had an obscured view. Police say both vehicles were totaled.

Kilburn says minor injuries were reported.

The scene has since reopened.
