Weekend fire destroys home on Prescott Court

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green home is heavily damaged after a fire Saturday night.

According to the Warren County Fire Department System, just before 10 p.m. Saturday, crews were dispatched to a reported structure fire at a one-story home off of Memphis Junction Road.

Scanner traffic indicated units arrived off of the 80 block of Prescott Court.

Initial reports indicated entrapment, and multiple callers reported a significant fire, officials say.

According to the department, fire was showing from all sides of the duplex and through the roof. Fire officials say all occupants were accounted for and evaluated by EMS.

Units from Browning, Woodburn, Barren River, Hadley and the Bowling Green Fire Department worked to bring the fire under control and assist at the scene.
