WCPS shows their support for United Way’s Day of Caring

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Warren County Public Schools is getting ready for the new school year and getting kids prepared for the classroom, but on Wednesday they did their part for United Way’s Day of Caring by helping to clean up the community.

At Basil Griffin Park, WCPS staff painted and upgraded the Born Learning Trail.

The Born Learning Trail is a trail that allows the younger members of our community to learn while actively playing.

Dr. Tracey Young, director of grants and community outreach for Warren County Public Schools, said it’s important to get out and do your part for the community and that they’re happy to give the trail a facelift.
