UPDATE: Bird’s nest causes power outage in Oakland

UPDATE: According to Warren RECC, a bird’s nest caused a power outage impact more than 500 members in Oakland. Power is now restored.

OAKLAND, Ky. – WARREN RECC is currently working a power outage.

Officials say a power outage is impacting the Oakland area, according to a social media post.

The outage is affecting 597 Warren RECC members.

Crews have been dispatched to the scene.
