Warren County woman arrested twice in one day for DUI
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Warren County woman is back behind bars after she was arrested for a second time in one day.
Warren County Regional Jail records show that Tiffany Henderson, 29, of Rockfield, was first arrested and charged with DUI on June 2 at 5:46 a.m. Henderson was released from the jail hours later at 12:01 p.m.
Later that evening, Warren County deputies responded to Coon Hunters Road in reference to a disturbance.
According to an arrest citation, deputies made contact with Henderson, who was sweaty and had constricted pupils. The citation states that Henderson told authorities that she had been involved in a physical altercation with her mother and ended up driving to Coon Hunters.
After investigating, deputies say they learned that earlier in the day, Henderson struck an acquaintance in the face, traveled to her mother’s residence intoxicated, hit her mother in the face and then almost hit two juveniles on their bicycles in the 200 block of Coon Hunters Road.
At 7:15 p.m., Henderson was once again charged with DUI, in addition to fourth-degree assault-domestic violence, fourth-degree assault-no visible injury and public intoxication.
She is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
