Warren County Sheriff’s Office working to identify vehicle after reported scam

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is working to identify a vehicle involved in an alleged scam.

Authorities say the incident occurred Monday afternoon when a suspect parked their car a few blocks from the victim before picking up “scam bond money.”

Deputies say the victim is located near the end of Smallhouse Road near Elrod.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office says it does not offer bonds or take payments for warrants, missed court dates or federal warrants.
