Warren County Regional jail gets electronic medical records system

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.-Warren County Regional Jail is doing away with its outdated medical record keeping. The jail is going electronic thanks to funding approved in fiscal court Friday morning.

It’ll cost an additional $1,150  per month to switch from paper to an electronic medical records system.

It’s an effort to save time.

The contract for the medical records system is with Southern Health Partners. Money to pay for the new system will come from Canteen funds.
