Warren County grand jury returns indictments

A Warren County grand jury indicted the following the people Wednesday.

• Shannee C. Ashby, 29, 600 Wilson Church Road, Caneyville, first-degree bail jumping. Bond is set at $5,000.
• Gerald Edwin Beavers III, 32, Warren County Regional Jail, third-degree burglary, theft of a controlled substance, theft of a legend drug first offense, third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $10,000.
• Robert Wayne Coffey, 29, Warren County Regional Jail, third-degree burglary, theft of a controlled substance, theft of a legend drug first offense and third-degree criminal mischief. Bond is $5,000.
• Jamie Chhoeung, 26, 1909 Moorman Lane, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants second offense within 10 years, reckless driving, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container, disregarding a traffic control device and failure to illuminate headlamps. Bond was transferred.
• Tiffani Zoe Marie Court, 24, 140 Gray Street, first-degree bail jumping and second-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• Robert Thomas Davenport, 37, Warren County Regional Jail, flagrant nonsupport. Bond is set at $1,250.
• Ryan Thomas Freudenthal, 35, 115 Pembroke Lane, Russellville, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants third offense within 10 years aggravated. Bond is $5,000.
• Joseph Ghantt III, 49, 1252 Westmeade Drive, fourth-degree domestic assault third or greater offense within five years and possession of marijuana. Bond was transferred.
• Allen Delane Greene, 41, 1413 Holmes Ave., first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Notice to appear issued.
• Dillian Joe Jones, 22, 126 Dickerson Road, Park City, receiving stolen property firearm and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Bond is $1,500.
• Richard Dean Laracuente, aka Richard Dean Stevens aka Richard Dean Hall, 56, 5340 S.E. 99^th Ave., Portland, Oregon, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000 and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• Jimmy Davon Morris, 19, Warren County Regional Jail, receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000, second-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and disregarding a stop sign. Bond is $1,000.
• Christopher Lee Pearson, 37, Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Bond is $1,000.
• Baltazar Gomez Perez, 23, Warren County Regional Jail, two counts of first degree wanton endangerment, , operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants first offense within 10 years, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid, failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense and no operator’s license. Bond is $3,000.
• Anthony Trenton Pierce, 49, 123 E. Main St., Leitchfield, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants first offense within 10 years. Bond was transferred.
• Joshua Lee Sanders, 30, 5181 Stovall Road, Cave City, first-degree bail jumping and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• Joshua Ryan Vance, 29, 150 E. Biggs Road, Portland, Tenn., second-degree assault. Notice to appear in court issued.
• Johnny Haskel Wilson, 29, 936 Shive Lane #195, flagrant nonsupport. Bond is $6,900.
