Warren County grand jury issues indictments

A Warren County grand jury indicted the following people Wednesday.

• James Malachi Bogle, 25, 633 W. Bogle Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants second offense within 10 years, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense, failure to produce insurance card, no or expired registration plates, improper registration plates, no or expired registration receipt, failure to wear seatbelts, inadequate silencer and failure to surrender suspended or revoked operator’s license. Bond was transferred.
• Robert Thomas Davenport, 37, Warren County Regional Jail, four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, second-degree fleeing or evading police and third-degree criminal trespassing. Bond is $5,000.
• Summer Lee Freeman, 37, homeless, theft of a motor vehicle registration plate or decal, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no or expired registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense and failure to wear a seatbelt. Bond was transferred.
• Michael Coe George, 23, 1929 Mel Browning Road, receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bond was transferred.
• Mackenzie P. Gilley, 22, 375 Claypool-Boyce Road, Alvaton, first-degree sodomy victim under 12 years old. Bond is $25,000.
• Gregory Collin Grieve, 18, 1029 Shive Lane, Apt. H2, tampering with physical evidence and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card valued under $500 within a six month period. Bond was transferred.
• Robby Michelle Halsell, 35, 833 Gardenside Drive, first-degree bail jumping and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $10,000.
• Barren Deshawn Griffin, 28, 936 Shive Lane #187, second-degree assault domestic, first-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond was transferred.
• Justin Jerome Johnson, 34, 2521 Churchill Court, second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief. Bond is $5,000.
• Anthony Richard Lundy, 44, 1031 Greenwood Alley, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense, failure to wear seatbelt and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• David Lugo Mason, 36, Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, two counts of third-degree terroristic threatening, illegal possession of a legend drug, second-degree disorderly conduct and possession of burglar’s tools. • Josiah Paul McGuire, 22, 917 Pike Street, Sturgis, Ky., first-degree robbery. Bond is $10,000.
• Michael Ray Miller, 26, address unknown, three counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card valued $500 or more but less than $10,000 within a six month period by complicity, receiving goods or services obtained by fraud valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000 within a six month period, receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• Chad Michael Neudecker, 33, address unknown, three counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card valued $500 or more but less than $10,000 within a six month period by complicity, receiving goods or services obtained by fraud valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000 within a six month period and first-degree persistent felony offender.
