Warren County escapee captured in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- An inmate who recently escaped custody in Warren County was apprehended Saturday.

According to Bowling Green police, Kevin Allen was located at 446 Glen Lily Road.

Police said he attempted to flee using a bicycle and then on foot. He was eventually arrested on South Lee Drive.

On December 19, Allen and another inmate were being taken from the Warren County Regional Jail to Allen County, when authorities said they managed to escape. Authorities said Allen stole a truck, which was found that afternoon unoccupied. The other inmate was arrested that day.
