Warren County District 6 to hold a State of the District Meeting
WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – District 6 of Warren County is holding a State of the District meeting for people to attend and voices their praises or concerns.
On Tuesday, at the Woodburn Fire Station No. 2, officials, including Warren County sheriff Brett Hightower, county clerk Lynette Yates, magistrate Ron Cummings and some others, will hear concerns from people and also discuss some potential growth that could be coming in the future.
Cummings says that it’s an excellent opportunity for people to drop by and voices their opinions on the future of that part of the county.
“We want to constructively hear what is good, what is bad. We talk about some growth issues that are coming that we know are coming, and just a chance to talk about one on one in in a real informal way for people to, you know, just to talk about any issues they may have or concerns they may have,” Cummings said.
Cummings says that District 6 is one of the fastest growing parts of Warren County and that hearing concerns from citizens is important. The county has held these meetings before and plans to continue to hold a few more of these kinds of meetings to make sure they are reaching as many of Warren County’s residents as they can.
