Warren County deputies looking for driver who got away during pursuit

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the driver of a vehicle who took authorities on a pursuit on Monday morning.

According to a news release from the sheriff’s office, a deputy noticed a grey Ford Focus sitting at Scottsville Road and the Natcher Parkway intersection.

According to the sheriff’s office, a deputy noticed a man and woman passed out in the vehicle. The driver was seen holding a handgun. The deputy also noticed drug paraphernalia in the man’s shirt pocket.

As they woke up, the driver sped away.

Authorities chased the vehicle through Bowling Green and then into Allen County.

Deputies lost sight of the vehicle near the Tennessee state line.

The license plate is Kentucky 314-XRN and is registered to Keith Johnson of Adolphus, Kentucky.
