WANTED WEDNESDAY: Man wanted on flagrant non-support charge

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – For this week’s Wanted Wednesday, the Kentucky State Police says it is searching for a man that may be located in Allen County.

According to troopers, 39-year-old Brian Carter is wanted on charges of flagrant non-support and persistent felony offender II.

Carter is described as 5 feet 5 inches and 180 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.
