WANTED WEDNESDAY: Man wanted on assault, burglary charges
SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – For this week’s Wanted Wednesday, the Kentucky State Police is asking for assistance to locate a man who may be in the Allen County area.
According to troopers, 35-year-old Justin Kyle Ladd is wanted on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree burglary and second-degree assault.
He is described as 6 feet 3 inches tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
