Wanted Scottsville man arrested, allegedly possessed suspected narcotics

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A wanted Scottsville man is facing drug charges following his arrest.
According to a release, the Scottsville Police Department served three outstanding warrants of arrest to 36-year-old Phillip L. Windham, of Scottsville, on Feb. 16.
During the investigation, officers say Windham discarded suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
Officers took Windham into custody.
During a search of Windham’s vehicle, officers say 1.2 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 5.3 grams of marijuana and additional drug paraphernalia were located.
Windham is charged with possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was lodged at the Allen County Jail.
