Wanted Scottsville man allegedly possessed meth when booked into jail
SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A wanted Scottsville man was apprehended on Sunday.
The Allen County Sheriff’s Office says a traffic stop was conducted for traffic violations.
Deputies made contact with the driver, Phillip Windham, 44, of Scottsville, who had active warrants from several counties.
Deputies arrested Windham and transported him to the Allen County Jail.
While being booked, jail staff determined Windham had suspected methamphetamine.
Windham is charged with promoting contraband 1st degree, trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense – (> or = 2 gms methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and tampering with physical evidence.
