Voter Registration Day encourages people to make sure they are registered

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – National Voter Registration Day was on Tuesday, and it’s a great time to make sure you’re eligible to cast your ballot in November.

County clerks across the Commonwealth, including in Warren County, want to make sure you’re not only registered to vote, but that your registration information is up to date.

With so many options and polling centers, voting in this year’s election has never been easier.

“If you’re not registered, it’s so important to vote. We want everyone… we’re working on the new voting plans with the vote centers and Warren County to make it easier to vote. You have more ways to vote now than you ever had with early voting,” Warren County Clerk Lynette Yates says.

The voter registration deadline is October 10th. If you’d like to check your registration status and update any information, you can head to govote.ky.gov.
