Vehicle hits Bowling Green home, 1 arrested on DUI charge
UPDATE: Warren County Sheriff Brett Hightower confirms the driver is identified as 42-year-old Lee Doyle.
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Officials say one person has been arrested after crashing into a home in Bowling Green.
According to News 40 staff, first responders were at the scene of the incident on the corner of Stone Avenue and Upper Stone Avenue.
Sheriff Brett Hightower with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office says the driver has been arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Hightower says the driver was taken to an area hospital for treatment and medical clearance.
Richardsville Volunteer Fire Department chief Brian Lee confirmed the home sustained moderate damage.
