MILLARD, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police has confirmed Blair has been found safe.

MILLARD, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post is searching for a missing girl.

KSP Post 9 says it responded to Pike County for a report of a missing teenager.

The initial investigation shows that Star Blair, 15, was last seen on January 1 on Daniels Branch Road in Millard.

Blair is described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
