UPDATE: Glasgow man charged with murder in shooting investigation

GLASGOW, KY. – A Glasgow man is charged with murder following a shooting incident on Friday evening.

Glasgow Police Department Major Terry Flatt says officers responded to Frazier Avenue to a report of a man who had been shot.

Officers say Braxton Haley and Justin Satterly were involved in an altercation when Haley shot Satterly.

Flatt says Satterly was transported to a local hospital for treatment. He was later pronounced dead.

Haley, 21, of Glasgow, was arrested at the scene and was lodged at the Barren County Detention Center.

He is charged with murder.

The investigation is ongoing.
