HENDERSON, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police has confirmed Timothy Oliver has been arrested as of 10 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Authorities say he was found off of Crooked Road in the Reed community. He was taken into custody without incident and lodged in Henderson County Detention Center in Henderson.

HENDERSON, Ky. – Kentucky State Police is searching for an escaped inmate.

KSP Post 16 says Timothy A. Oliver, 53, who is serving a sentence for third-degree burglary, escaped from the Henderson County Detention Center at approximately 12:15 pm on Tuesday.

Oliver is described as a while male, 6’ 1” tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray shirt, and a ballcap.
