UPDATE: Cave City man who escaped custody, arrested

CAVE CITY, Ky.- A Cave City man, who escaped custody, has been arrested.

According to Cave City police, on Thursday, Barren County sheriff’s deputies arrested, Jarrell Boyd, 32.

Boyd, who was wanted on several felony warrants, had last been seen on January 24, when police say he escaped custody on North 2nd Street.

Boyd is now lodged in the Barren County Detention Center and charged with second-degree escape.

No other details on his apprehension have been released.
