UPDATE: Bowling Green Commission approves lighting for NCM Motorsports Park track

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- On Tuesday afternoon, City Commissioners in Bowling Green approved the funding of more than $152,000 for lighting at the National Corvette Museum’s Motorsports Park track.

The decision was unanimous.

The money for the project is coming from a lodging tax and will be used to install electrical wiring around the track in order for it to be lit at night.

National Corvette Museum officials have announced plans to decorate the track with lights during Christmas time and host nighttime events.
