Units respond to structure fire in Munfordville

MUNFORDVILLE, Ky. – Units responded for a reported structure fire Wednesday in Munfordville.

According to Munfordville Fire and Rescue, firefighters responded to the report of a structure fire last night on Lawler Road.

Fire officials say initial reports from arriving firefighters stated a two-story structure had visible flames and smoke.

Fire and rescue says crews contained the fire with assistance from the Hardyville Fire Department and Hart County EMS.

Crews were on scene for around four to five hours.
