Units respond after vehicle spreads fire to neighboring vehicle in Warren Co.

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – A vehicle fire occurred early this morning in Warren County.

The Woodburn Fire Department and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office got the call to respond to the 1200 block of Wintercress Lane around 2 a.m. Friday morning after callers reported a vehicle on fire rolling down the street.

Approximately two minutes later, dispatchers advised the vehicle rolled down a driveway from across the street, struck a tree and then partially involved the neighbor’s vehicle.

No foul play is suspected. The family involved shared with fire and law enforcement that they were unaware as to what could have caused the fire.

The family said they’ve only had the truck for two years and have not had any previous issues.
