United Tennis Association of Kentucky honors local park and people
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- One tennis court in Bowling Green is being recognized by the United States Tennis Association of Kentucky!
Soky Tennis and USTA KY hosted their Wimbledon event this past summer at Covington Woods Park. The grass court project was instrumental in being named the recipient of the special tennis event of the year for the Soky Wimbledon Grass Court Clinic.
Two locals are also being honored, including Peyton Lemily of Bowling Green for the Mary Lou Hambrick Girls Sportsmanship and Joanna Zhang of Bowling Green for Most Improved Girl. Congratulations to these winners!
