‘Two-headed’ deer found in Ballard County

It is deer-hunting season in the Bluegrass, and a Kentucky man is making national headlines for finding what appears to be a two-headed deer.

Photos posted by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources called the find, "truly a rare harvest."

The find happened in Ballard County.

It was reported that the buck became entangled with the carcass’ antlers, but no one is sure how it actually happened.
