Troopers conducting murder investigation in Rowan County

MOREHEAD, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police is conducting a murder investigation in Rowan County.

KSP Post 8 public affairs officer trooper Zach Haney has confirmed the incident is developing.

Details are limited at this time.

Haney says it is not related to an escaped inmate being sought by law enforcement in the Mason County area.
