TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital donates to local humane society

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is celebrating National Dog Day by helping out a local humane society.

On Monday, the hospital says it donated almost 500 items to the Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society.

Beginning on Aug. 9, TriStar Greenview says it started a challenge for all hospital departments to collect the most donations.

Donations were last gathered on Aug. 23, with a total of 428 items.

The hospital says the donated items include some of BGWCHS’s most needed donations, such as laundry detergent, bleach, disinfecting wipes and small treats.
