Traffic stop leads to two arrests, recovery of stolen vehicle

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A traffic stop resulted in two arrests Thursday after Warren County Sheriff’s deputies discovered that the stopped car was stolen.
A deputy saw a silver Hyundai Sonata traveling at a high rate of speed and initiated a traffic stop.
The driver, Zelda Priddy, 29 of Bowling Green was arrested and charged with speeding 19 miles over the limit, no operators license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property under $10,000, according to a release from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
The passenger in the car, Scott Johnson, 38, of Bowling Green, was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property under $10,000.
Both were lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
