Traffic expected to be impacted by Glasgow Market on the Square

GLASGOW, Ky. – Glasgow drivers should be prepared for some traffic changes this Saturday.

Glasgow police are sharing that the Market on the Square on Saturday, Sept. 27 will create several road closures.

These will include East Main Street from North Race Street to North Broadway, South Green Street starting near U.S. Bank and extending to East Main Street, and West Washington Street from South Green Street to South Race Street.

Police say North Race Street and East Main Street will close starting at 7 a.m.

The event on the Glasgow public square will last from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This event will have free admission to the public. Drivers are encouraged to travel cautiously during this time.
