Todd Alcott holds campaign event at White Squirrel Brewery

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Mayor Todd Alcott’s campaign for re-election continued with a stop at White Squirrel Brewery.

Senator Rand Paul was in attendance with his wife Kelley, along with several state and local officials.

Mayor Alcott spoke to the crowd about why having the support of the Paul’s, especially Rand as a senator, is a huge honor for him heading into his re-election campaign.

“A vote is the most powerful thing we can do in our country… and we have a senator… only two senators in each state. This is a senator that stands up for freedom. He can stand against the crowd because he cares about the world that he lives in, and he cares about his country,” Alcott says.

Paul also briefly spoke to those in attendance, saying he’s gotten to know Alcott since the tornadoes in 2021, and he considers him a great friend.
