Three Warren County residents accused in Todd County homicide

Four people are behind bars and police are looking for a fifth following a fatal shooting in Todd County.

Kentucky State Police found Jerry Robertson, 47, of Guthrie, shot to death Sunday after someone reported seeing a suspicious vehicle on Stateline Road.

Police later arrested Daniel Westbrook, 31, of Russellville, who is charged with one count of murder. Brandi Scruggs, 26, of Guthrie, was charged with complicity to murder, and tampering with physical evidence, according to their arrest citations. Robertson was struck three times by the gunshots.

Timmie Latham, 36, and Faith Martin, 21, both of Bowling Green, are charged with complicity to murder and tampering with physical evidence. 

Police are looking for Douglas Cropper, 41, of Oakland, who is accused of providing the gun used in the shooting, according to Scruggs’ arrest citation. State police have obtained an arrest warrant for Cropper charging him with complicity to murder and tampering with physical evidence. Anyone who knows his whereabouts is asked to call the police.

Both Latham and Martin were lodged in the Hart County Jail. Westbrook and Scruggs are lodged in the Todd County Detention Center.
